Overview

Training that respects what your body has been through.

Most personal training is fitness-club programming with a clipboard. Ours is built by people who came up through the clinical world — kinesiologists and coaches who train next to physios and chiropractors every day.

That means your program respects your history: previous injuries, surgeries, the cranky knee that flares when you squat. It also means we don't baby you. You'll work hard. You'll get strong. You'll move better.

Private and semi-private sessions. Toronto Beaches and the Scarborough Bluffs. Most extended-health plans cover kinesiology services.

What to expect

Three steps from first visit to back at it.

STEP 01

Movement assessment + goal setting

We start with a thorough movement assessment, a conversation about what you want to do (run a half? lift heavier? play with your kids without back pain?) and a benchmark we'll re-test in 8 weeks.

STEP 02

A program — not just a workout

Each session is part of a written, periodized plan. Strength, mobility, conditioning, and recovery — sequenced so progress compounds week over week.

STEP 03

Re-test, recalibrate, repeat

Every 6–8 weeks we re-test the things that matter and update your program. You can see the numbers move; so can we.

About personal training at Omega.

2–3 times per week is the sweet spot for most goals. We'll calibrate to your schedule.
