Overview

You protect our community. We take care of you.

The job asks more of your body than almost any other — heavy gear, unpredictable shifts, sudden maximal effort with no warm-up, and the cumulative toll of carries, drags, and restraints. Standard fitness programs aren’t built for any of it.

Our First Responders program combines clinical treatment with readiness training built around the real demands of frontline work. We screen for the injuries that end careers, train the capacities the job actually requires, and keep you recovered between shifts — so you’re ready when it counts.

What you get

What's in the program.

01

Readiness & injury screen

A clinical assessment with a physiotherapist or kinesiologist. We benchmark strength, mobility, and the movement patterns that matter most for frontline work.

02

Treatment + conditioning

Hands-on care for the aches and injuries the job creates, paired with periodized strength and conditioning built for shift work and sudden maximal effort.

03

Return-to-duty testing

Objective re-testing so you — and your service, where needed — can see you’re ready. We document progress and adjust the plan from there.

Common questions

About this program.

Who is this program for?
Active and aspiring first responders — police, fire, paramedics, dispatch, and related frontline roles — at any fitness level.
Can it help me prepare for a fitness test?
Yes. We program toward the demands of common standards like the PARE and PIN, building the strength and conditioning those tests require.
Can I do this alongside treatment for an injury?
Absolutely — that’s the point. Treatment and training run together, so you recover while you build readiness.
Do you offer group or service rates?
Yes. Reach out and we’ll put together options for crews, platoons, or services.
Is it covered by insurance?
Sessions delivered by a registered kinesiologist or physiotherapist are typically covered by extended-health plans. We provide detailed receipts for reimbursement.
