Initial assessment + OCF paperwork

A comprehensive assessment within 7 days where possible. We file your OCF-18 treatment plan with the insurer and start interim treatment immediately under the MIG (Minor Injury Guideline) where appropriate.

Return to life, work, and sport

Graduated return-to-work plans, functional capacity tracking, and a clear discharge plan when you're ready. We advocate for additional care if your case warrants it.

Do I need to choose between physio and chiro?

No — under Ontario auto insurance benefits, your treatment plan can include both, plus acupuncture, massage, and kinesiology where indicated. We'll build the plan that fits your case.

Will I pay anything out of pocket?

Approved care is fully covered — you sign the OCF forms and we bill the insurer directly. We'll be upfront if anything falls outside what's covered.

When should I start treatment?

As soon as possible. Early, evidence-based intervention dramatically improves outcomes — and the longer you wait, the harder some claims become.

What if my claim is denied or my benefits run out?

We document carefully so your case is well-supported, advocate for extensions when appropriate, and can refer you to legal counsel if needed.
