Overview

Adjustments are part of the answer. Not the whole answer.

Our chiropractors — including co-founder Dr. Ty Ashcroft — combine hands-on adjustments and mobilization with active rehab. The goal isn't a forever-membership; it's helping you understand your body well enough that you don't need us as often.

Most patients come in for back pain, neck pain, or headaches. They stay because they finally have a clinician who explains why something hurts and gives them a clear plan to fix it.

Registered chiropractors. Receipts for reimbursement. Adjustments only with informed consent.

What to expect

Three steps from first visit to back at it.

STEP 01

Listen, examine, explain

A thorough history, neurological screen, and movement assessment. We tell you what we think is going on — and what would change our mind.

STEP 02

Hands-on care with informed consent

Manual adjustments, joint mobilization, soft-tissue work, and instrument-assisted techniques. Adjustments are never the only tool, and never used without consent.

STEP 03

Strength and movement that stick

Targeted exercises and movement coaching so the changes hold. Optional handoff to one of our trainers to keep progressing.

Conditions we treat

What chiropractic can help with.

Some of the most common reasons patients book this service. If your situation isn't listed, give us a call — we likely treat it.

The Omega difference

Chiropractic, the way it should be.

  • Co-founded and led by Dr. Ty Ashcroft, with a team of accomplished chiropractors.
  • Evidence-informed: techniques you can find in current research, not 1970s textbooks.
  • No long-haul "lifetime care" plans. You graduate.
  • X-ray referrals only when clinically indicated — never routine.
  • Coordinated with our physiotherapy and training teams.
  • Same-week availability at both locations.

Common questions

About chiropractic at Omega.

What techniques do you use?
Diversified manual adjustments, joint mobilization, instrument-assisted soft-tissue therapy (Graston Technique), soft-tissue release, and dry needling. Your clinician will discuss options before treating.
Are adjustments safe?
Yes, when performed by a registered chiropractor after appropriate screening. We discuss benefits and risks at your first visit and never proceed without informed consent.
How many visits will I need?
Most patients with a new complaint feel meaningfully better in 3–6 visits. We'll review and re-assess regularly — and discharge you when you're ready.
Do you treat kids and pregnant patients?
Yes. Several of our chiropractors have additional training in pediatric and prenatal care.
Do you bill insurance directly?
We don't direct-bill extended-health plans — the one exception is approved MVA claims, which we bill directly. For everything else we provide a detailed receipt to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
