Recovery
Our chiropractors and physiotherapists identify the source of pain and dysfunction and start the body healing — not just chasing symptoms.
Our story
Omega Health and Fitness was founded by chiropractors Dr. Ty Ashcroft and Dr. Thien Dang-Tan with a simple, slightly stubborn belief: clinical care and strength training shouldn’t live in separate buildings.
So we built a place where they don’t. A clinic and a training floor, under one roof, run by a team that talks to each other. Whether you arrive with a torn meniscus, a desk-bound back, a kid who wants to run faster, or a marathon goal — you get a coordinated plan from people who know what comes next.
Our logo represents three ideas: Recovery, Restoration, Resilience. Move through them in order. Stay there as long as you need.

Our pillars
Our chiropractors and physiotherapists identify the source of pain and dysfunction and start the body healing — not just chasing symptoms.
Acupuncture, bodywork, and progressive loading restore tolerance and balance — getting you back to where you were pre-injury.
Strength, mobility, and performance training so the next setback never quite lands the same way. We build bodies that hold up.
Founders
Co-founders Dr. Ty Ashcroft and Dr. Thien Dang-Tan built Omega around a simple belief: clinical care and strength training should live in the same room.
